At School

Managing waste in a more sustainable way is important to help safeguard the needs of future generations. In Lincolnshire support is available to schools wanting to be more sustainable, and not only with waste. Sustainable Schools Advisors can visit your school to give you advice on all aspects of the Framework for Sustainable Schools.

There are also resources boxes that are available for schools to borrow free of charge that contain a variety of different lesson activities and resources about environmental and sustainability issues. Two different resource boxes are available the rethink box and reducing your carbon footprint and renewable technologies to find out more information about the boxes please contact us on the details below or visit the Fun Zone.

Please note that whilst we accept that accidental damage may occur, schools will be charged for any loss or damage that is not regarded as wear and tear.

Please get in touch if your school wants advice on setting up recycling, or wants to undertake waste activities and we will endeavor to support you. We also recommend you visit the Fun Zone, Recycle Now Schools or Recyclezone for fun activities for your students.
